Our vision
The hand that adjusts a balance wheel will never be replaced by a machine. But the hand that repeats, that inspects, that assembles by the thousand — that hand deserves to be augmented.
Swiss manufacturing is going through a silent transition. Skilled operators are ageing. Volumes are rising. Precision demands more consistency, never less. Humanoid robotics — long confined to the laboratory — is becoming an industrial reality between 2027 and 2030.
Horlogix builds today the integration capability that will allow Swiss manufacturing to enter that era with mastery — free from dependency, free from intellectual property leakage, and without abandoning its tradition of excellence.

Three complementary tiers, operated from a single workshop in the Vallée de Joux.
Tier II
Studies and pilot programs
We carry out feasibility studies and pilot programs for the R&D departments of major Swiss manufactures. Every engagement is confidential, deliverable-driven and produces a technical reference that holds up under scrutiny.
Tier III
Commercial integration
When a humanoid robot manufacturer brings an industrially mature product to market, Horlogix becomes its certified integrator for Switzerland — training, deployment, maintenance, software customisation.

Who we work for
Watchmaking components
Subcontractors and integrated manufactures. Movement components, casing, visual quality control, base assembly.
Precision micromechanics
Turned, milled, bar-machined parts. Dimensional inspection, sorting, finishing, palletising.
MedTech
Medical devices, implants, sensors. Non-contact visual quality control, handling in controlled environments.
Precision optics
Lenses, sensors, instruments. Visual inspection, handling of fragile parts, cleanroom assembly.

Our manifesto

Precision is not delegated to the cloud.
Every piece of workshop data — gestures, cycle times, measurements, manufacturing secrets — stays with the client or inside a private Swiss rack. No dependency outside Switzerland. No exceptions.

The humanoid augments the artisan. It does not replace.
Our scope: repetitive, lengthy tasks carrying cognitive or postural fatigue. Not expertise. Not the signature gesture. Not the master's hand.

We measure before we promise.
Every deployment begins with a measured baseline at the client site — cycle time, defect rate, ergonomics. We only invoice in full against demonstrated results.

Reliability outweighs the demonstration.
A robot that runs 99.5 % of the time is worth more than a robot that dazzles and then fails. We publish our field MTBF and our intervention rates.

World capital of precision micromechanics, unparalleled industrial density, neutral in matters of sourcing. If humanoid precision robotics is not written here, it is written nowhere.
